Returns
Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage as a result of the carrier, please email us at
damage@libertyskatesupply.com immediately describing the damage or loss so a claim can be filed right away.
Other merchandise in its original, unused, and sellable condition is returnable up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• A completed Return Form with a Return Authorization number (RA#) must be included with your return. (Please write the RA# on the outside of your package also).
• Liberty Skate Supply will only credit the original credit card, ATM/debit or PayPal account used for the purchase.
• Liberty Skate Supply will only refund the original shipping and non-expedited return shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error.
• To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging including all labels, tags and must be in sellable condition.
• Your return will be processed and your credit card, ATM/debit or PayPal account be refunded approximately 3 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
• We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or USPS with insurance and tracking.
• Liberty Skate Supply will not be responsible for any customer returned packages lost or damaged in shipment back to us.
• Product images shown on the website come from the manufactures and may or may not reflect the actual colors of the products shown.
Accessories, Soft-Wear and Protective gear
• All items must be unused and must be in the original manufacturer packaging if any.
• Clothing must be unused, unworn, unwashed and clean with all original tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell, stains or nastiness of any kind.
• Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned.
Decks, Trucks, Wheels and Hardware
• All decks, trucks, wheels and hardware must be un-mounted, unused and in like-new sellable condition to be returned.
• Once a skateboard has been assembled, gripped and/or skated, the deck and its parts cannot be returned.
• Liberty Skate Supply is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions.
• Liberty Skate Supply does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks.
DVD’s
• DVD’s must be unopened and in original sealed packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Email
returns@libertyskatesupply.com describing the nature of your return and request an RA#.
2. Complete the Liberty Skate Supply RETURN FORM.

4. Write your RA# on the package.
5. Include your completed return form in your securely wrapped package and send it to:

Please make a copy of your completed form for your records and ship your package to Liberty Skate Supply via a carrier offering package tracking and insurance such as UPS or USPS. Please secure your package well as Liberty Skate Supply will not be responsible for any customer returned packages that are lost or damaged in shipment back to us.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order that has already been paid for via PayPal or credit card there will be a 15% order restocking/inventory maintenance fee. This fee covers the cost of restocking your order and for inventory control processing. The order total minus 15% plus all applicable shipping charges will be refunded if you cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order please email
cancelorder@libertyskatesupply.com with your order number in the subject line. After your order has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund minus the 15% to show on your credit card, bank or PayPal account.
Defective Products
We will make every effort to catch defective products before they are shipped to you. In the unlikely event you do receive a defective product please contact Liberty Skate Supply within 7 days of receiving your order. email
defective@libertyskatesupply.com with your order number and description of how the item is defective. Liberty Skate Supply will then determine the best course of action to rectify the problem. Liberty Skate Supply does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item.
